The world’s largest smartphone maker stated it will hold a Galaxy Unpacked event in San Francisco on Feb. 1.
“A new era of Galaxy innovation is coming,”
“The new Galaxy S series will be the epitome of how we define the ultimate premium experience. We’re raising the bar and setting new standards for what’s epic.”
Samsung stated on its website
The Galaxy S23 flagship smartphones are anticipated to be introduced during the upcoming event, despite the fact that Samsung did not share the complete product portfolio.
Live streaming of the event will also be available on YouTube and the company’s business website.
At an Unpacked event in February, Samsung introduced the Galaxy S22 smartphones, the most recent iteration of the Galaxy S series, and later that month, the series was formally launched.
The South Korean tech giant this week published poor earnings guidance for the October-December period, partly as a result of sluggish demand for consumer devices like smartphones and memory chips.
According to the prediction, operating profit will drop by 69% from the same period last year to 4.3 trillion won (US$3.4 billion) in the fourth quarter, down from 13.87 trillion won.
